The Pierce College Raiders men’s soccer team dropped a 3-1 decision to South Puget Sound on Wednesday.
Adrian Ortiz scored his first goal of the season in the 73rd minute, finishing an assist from Edgar Soltero to put the Raiders on the board. Jake Jenner added the only other shot on frame for Pierce as the Raiders worked to create chances.
In goal, Nathan Bidinger recorded 2 saves on 5 attempts while facing consistent pressure from the Clippers’ attack.
Pierce will aim to regroup as West Region play continues.
