Bio
Keilani Cruz-Williams serves as the District Athletic Specialist & Women’s Commissioner for the Athletics Department at Pierce College. In this role, she provides leadership and oversight for women’s sports while supporting the overall mission and operations of Pierce College Athletics.
A proud alumna, Keilani’s journey in athletics began at Pierce College, where she competed as a student-athlete from 2008–2010. She went on to continue her playing career at Central Washington University, graduating in 2012. Her return to Pierce College represents a full-circle moment—coming back to the place where her collegiate athletic and professional foundation was built.
Keilani brings extensive coaching and administrative experience to her role. Her career includes serving as Assistant Softball Coach at Pierce College (2012–2014), Assistant Softball Coach and Graduate Assistant at Central Washington University (2014–2016), and Assistant Softball Coach at Saint Martin’s University (2017–2019). In 2019, she transitioned into her current role at Pierce College, where she continues to advocate for student-athlete success and equity in athletics.
She holds an Associate of Arts from Pierce College, along with a Bachelor of Science and a Master’s degree from Central Washington University. Keilani has also completed relevant professional development and certifications, including NCAA compliance seminars and CPR/First Aid certification.
Originally from University Place, Washington, Keilani values time with her wife and son and enjoys warm weather, family activities, and staying connected to sports. She is passionate about working in athletics because of the energy and tradition of competition, the opportunity to positively impact student-athletes both on and off the field, and the meaningful relationships built with athletes, colleagues, alumni, and the broader community.
